Saturday / Day 02: Agra
After an
early breakfast at 0800
Hrs, Leave for tour of Agra at 0830 Hrs, the majestic city, the
capital of the Mughal Empire. Agra still attracts beauty seekers from all over
the world to enjoy the unforgettable Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal was built
by the great Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife
Mumtaz. The palace was built by 20,000 artisans over 22 years. A thousand
elephants carried white marble for construction. Merchants from Tibet, Persia
and Russia sent gems for its decoration. A floral ornament made of jasper, agate
and malachite, opal and obsidian, and mother-of-pearl, skillfully inscribed in
the perfect symmetry of the snow-white palace, leaves a feeling of lightness
and weightlessness. Next drive to Agra Fort, built as an army fortress
in 1565 by Emperor Akbar. Here Shah Jahan
spent the last years of his life in captivity, treacherously betrayed by his
son, admiring the snow-white Taj Mahal from the window of his room. The huge
walls of the fort hide magnificent architectural structures - masterpieces of
Indian and Muslim masters.
In the
afternoon visit Itimad-ud-Daula - a small elegant park tomb of Mirza Ghiyas Beg (Itimad-ud-Daula), the treasurer of the emperors, was built by his
daughter Nur-Jahan, the beloved wife of Emperor Jahangir. Construction began in
1622 and lasted six years. The tomb combines white marble, colored mosaics,
stone inlays and gratings. Stylistically, it is the most innovative Mughal
building of the 15th century, bearing the features of a transition from the
massive red sandstone buildings of the Akbar era to the sensually ornate
buildings of the Shah Jahan (Taj Mahal) era. After a rich excursion program, you
can visit the Marble
workshop, where furniture and souvenirs are made
from marble inlaid with semi-precious stones. This is a unique opportunity to
watch the work of masters whose skills have been passed down from generation to
generation for centuries. Further we
visit Mehtab Bagh, a beautiful
garden across Yamuna / Taj Mahal to see
beautiful Taj again from across river Yamuna. Return to the hotel. Overnight
and dinner at Agra hotel.
Sunday / Day 03: Agra
– Fathepur Sikri – Abhaneri – Jaipur (
250 Kms / 05 Hours drive )
After breakfast at 0830 Hrs, we drive to
Jaipur en-route visit "Ghost city" Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri is a city built in a desert place of red sandstone by Emperor
Akbar, just a reflection of a majestic past. For a very short time, it was the
capital of the Great Moghuls, after which the inhabitants left it due to lack
of water.
Later we visit Abaneri you will get acquainted with the step well - Chand Baori built in the
7th century. The view of the Chand Baori well is surprising - such wells were
generally built only in India. Chand Baori is
also the deepest well of this type. This is an amazing structure, consisting of
thousands of steps running down to the water, and it is very difficult to
believe that all this huge and ingenious structure is just a well, designed to
fulfill one single purpose, to give people water. You will see the Harshita
Mata Temple (Goddess of Happiness) with
medieval Indian architecture.
After the tour, depart to Jaipur, the legendary
"Pink City", the capital of Rajasthan. Maharaja Jai Singh II built it
yellow, but in the middle of the 19th century, in honor of the arrival of the
English Prince Albert, all the buildings were repainted in pink - the traditional
color of hospitality. Jaipur will give you a lot of pleasant moments if you
walk along the pink stone streets, touch the developing brilliance of silk
saris, walk through the courtyards past the narrow doors decorated with
swastikas (bringing goodness and good
luck to the Indian house). Overnight and dinner at Jaipur hotel.
Monday / Day 04: Jaipur
Today
an early breakfast Breakfast at 08000 Hrs in the hotel. In the morning we
leave for an– excursion
to Amber Fort (Amber Fort). Amber
Fort is located 11 km north of Jaipur. It was there, on the hills of Aravalli,
that the ancient capital of the state of Jaipur was once located. The
construction of the marvelous fort-palace began in 1592 by Maharaja Man Singh.
The fort is a grandiose complex of palaces, pavilions, gardens and temples.
Above it all rises a quaint honey-colored palace-fortress. You will be able to
feel the magic of bygone times by climbing to the top of the fort on the backs
of elephants.
From the top of the apartments of the
Maharaja, a striking view of the narrow gorge opens. In the afternoon, a city
tour with a visit to the unique Jantar
Mantar observatory, a majestic structure built by Raja Jai Singh in 1728,
which houses the world's largest sundial, the City Palace in the museums of which you can see wonderful
collections of Mughal costume, weapons and miniature painting. View from the Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds). This
five-storey pink stone building, decorated with columns and balconies, was
built in 1799. The bizarre relief of the palace of a thousand lattice windows
on a carved facade is considered a symbol of Jaipur.
Jaipur is famous for its fabrics, and is also
the main jewelry center of India; it is no coincidence that the annual
international exhibition of precious stones and jewelry is held here. You can
appreciate the sophistication of local precious products by visiting a Jewelry Workshop. You will also visit a Textile Factory, where you will be
delighted with the magical art of Indian printing on fabrics. Ladies here can
try on a real Indian sari, and gentlemen can try on traditional Indian clothes
- a kurta.
In the evening in Jaipur, we will visit the Birla Temple. The Lakshmi Narayana
Temple, also known as the Birla Mandir, is a modern architectural marvel. The
majestic temple is located at the foot of the Moti Dungri hill in Jaipur. Built
entirely of high quality white marble, the temple is framed by carved sculptures
and statues of the gods. It is dedicated to Goddess Lakshmi and God Narayan.
The three main domes of the temple are a clear representation of secular India,
they depict different approaches to the different religions of the nation. The
temple has several beautifully crafted statues of Ganesha and other Hindu Gods.
Along with statues of Gods, statues of great thinkers and philosophers such as
Buddha and Socrates can also be found here. Overnight and dinner at Jaipur

Use simple language instead of complicated legalese makes life easier for your visitors. It also strengthens your defense if users decide to take legal action against you.
Here’s a case that illustrates the power of clear language in legal documents: In 2019, Google received a GDPR fine of €50 million (~63 million USD) because its agreements weren’t accessible to users and it wasn’t transparent enough.
Consider seeking help from an experienced corporate attorney when working on the more legal sections and clauses of your terms and conditions.
If they’re willing — and you have the budget for it — you can also ask your attorney to read through your whole agreement to see if anything needs fixing.
You should also think about the target market of your site.
If your target market includes minors, you need to have a “Children” or “Youth” section that outlines how the parents of the minors can consent before letting their children use your site.
Your terms and conditions are part of your site and brand. Use the same style, sentence length, and tone as other pages on your site. Otherwise, your users may get confused.
Including so many sections in your terms and conditions can be overwhelming. That’s why you should consider using our automated terms and conditions solution.
Instead of coming up with each clause from scratch, all you have to do is answer a few questions about your company and your user base, and we’ll do the rest.
Once you’ve created a terms and conditions agreement, you need to display it in a prominent area of your website or app.
Here are the top six places to put your terms and conditions:
Link your terms and conditions in other legal documents on your site, such as your End-User License Agreement (EULA) or privacy policy.
Since users typically read all of your site’s legal notices in one go, these links will make it easier for them to understand what they’re agreeing to by joining your site.
Placing your terms and conditions in informational menus and sections throughout your site will remind users that they can read your terms and conditions at any time.
It will also make it easier for them to access your website’s terms and conditions as needed.
Most companies put their terms and conditions in the footers of their sites. So that’s where visitors typically expect to see a link to your site’s terms and conditions.
You should also put a link to your terms and conditions on a pop-up or banner that appears whenever users access your site for the first time.
This placement will give you an advantage in the event of a legal dispute because you can demonstrate that you showed the user your website terms and conditions before they started using your service.
Another great place to link to your terms and conditions agreement is during the sign-up process.
As with banners and pop-ups, placing a link to your terms and conditions during the sign-up process will give you an advantage in court.
